While some of the bags that secure the Ukulele were damaged, the Ukuleles sound and feel excellent, and customer service was brilliant at support and quickly sending replacements. Our school corporation will be purchasing from Mix in the future because of their dedication to service and quality.

I got with no problem, it looks great, it is for my Granddaughter for Christmas, just not sure on the carrying case I think the zipper is about to go
