We experienced issues with our internet service so I have not yet connected the hub. However, we had contacted customer service about the the item and they were very helpful and quick to resolve the issue.

Superior product, too hard to reach tech support

I bought the Smart Bridge when the hub I was using for my Smith and Noble blinds abruptly stopped working. Shipping was super fast. I needed tech support in the set up process and it was unnecessarily difficult to obtain. I had to send an online form, get a response that didn't answer my question, and wait two days to finally hear from someone who could help me. Very frustrating! But in the end I got the blinds connected, the bridge is far superior to the hub from Smith and Noble, and the app is very easy to use.

Great Device & App

The device and app are easy to install, and pairing is even simpler than with my blind dealer's hub. The device has an excellent operating range and is very efficient. The application is simple, clear and efficient, and offers almost instant reaction time on the blinds. The only downside for now is that the integration with Google Home isn't quite perfect. There's a longer delay and it's impossible for me to set the exact position I want, despite the fact that the percentage option is available. An improvement in this area would win that missing 5th star.
