The Indoor Golf Shop Took Care of Me

A couple months back, I ordered a SIGPRO Golf Net and the Softy Golf Mat from The Indoor Golf Shop. They arrived timely and the net was easy to assemble. I enjoyed using them so much I wanted to upgrade to the SIGPRO premium screen. After giving The Indoor Golf Shop a call, an order was placed for it; however, I was accidentally sent another net. From there, I worked closely with Josiah on the Customer Success Team. I have never had such consistent and helpful communication with customer support before; Josiah and the team at The Indoor Golf Shop went above and beyond to fix the issue. Josiah emailed me step-by-step updates on my order up until sending the tracking information when shipped, and when I overlooked an item upon receipt, Josiah and the warehouse were patient and helped me confirm they did indeed send what I needed. I'm already looking to upgrade to an enclosure and will definitely be getting it from The Indoor Golf Shop. If they offer something you are looking for, don't hesitate to order from them.
