Solid White Oak Hourglass With Spiral Spindles

Beautiful but a little disappointed

I understand that this is not a mass produced product, but I was a little surprised in the product. due to the higher price point. It truly is beautiful, but the spindals are very raw - Little pieces of wood dangling off the cuts within the spindals. For the price, I just assumed the spindals would be cleaned up a bit.
