There’s virtually no compression or support on any of the items at all. The products don’t feel like they’re made for performance, just cute outfits to wear while running errands. Also if you’re slim with large breasts, this brand won’t work for you. The cup size on the mediums are so small but the band is too wide for my frame. I ordered 6 sets and I’m only keeping the one that is nonrefundable.
