We decided to covert our cart to lithium. Our mechanic recommended that we purchase the new battery from EPOCH. And we are so glad that we did! The customer service at this company is exemplary. Calls are returned, questions are answered, support is readily available. Our battery was shipped Thursday and got to us Friday. If you are thinking of converting- call them! Ask for Kevin/ he’s amazing!

2002 Club Car DS Conversion

I installed the 48 V 105AH Mini replacing lead-acid batteries in my lifted 2002 Club Car DS (stock controller and solenoid. The smaller battery compartment of the DS compared to other carts limits your choices of single batteries from other brands and this one fit perfectly. My cart has much more power and range compared with what it had with brand new Trojan lead acid batteries. The only improvement I would suggest is either written or online Epoch-specific installation instructions but realize this MINI is fairly new so maybe instructions will be forthcoming. Overall, I am very pleased.
