The Papa Vince olive oil itself is good enough to eat with a spoon! The Chili oil is just as good, plus has a just a little bite of chili peppers. I’ve used a little dash in scrambled eggs, and a tablespoon or so with a fish filet. The oil adds a little spiciness and heat without overpowering the flavor. I think it’s great 😊

I actually got this spicy version by mistake. I had meant to order the original olive oil (which I love! Best olive oil on the market) but am so so happy I got this by mistake. It’s wonderfully spicy and fresh tasting. First application was some homemade pan fried croutons. All I added was a bit of salt and garlic powder and the spice of this made them fabulous! We have also used this for making potstickers and meat and all have turned out incredible. Definitely something we will keep in our pantry from now on! Excited to use this for roasted potatoes, asparagus etc. Than you for the wonderful products you make!
