BuzzTV BT-500 Smart Voice Remote

Excellent

Having a remote that does not work with the streaming device of the same brand on their own app is ridiculous. Having g a universal remote that won't recognize the tv its attached it is worse. The bt-400 works with every TV I've had a buzz box on, so for the 500 to not have the same functionality is incomprehensible. I'm done with buzz. 200 dollar devices should function better. Buzz remotes should work with buzz devices on.l buzz apps. I've been a customer for a long time. Currently I have 4 in my house. I won't be purchasing another.
