Scratchy; daughter won't wear it

Really cute design, but way too scratchy. My daughter won't wear it. It's her 5th TJ dress and she LOVES wearing them. But on this one, the shimmery fabric is so scratch...on the inside of the dress at the sleeve hem, neckline edge and collar edge, it touches the skin and it's a no-go. Sadly a waste of $60.
