Beautiful incense perfume. I love it.
I love this incense perfume (along with similar scents including Lavs and Eau Sacrée). Wearing it is such a pleasure. My wife loves it, too.

There was a time when this would have been a 5 star olibanum fragrance for me, but there are some star players around that trump Cardinal (as well as Avignon) such as Liturgies des Heurs by Jovoy and the incredible Casbah by Robert Piguet. I think Cardinal is a more gentle take on Liberties Orange’ Incence Intense - it has that shrillness without the ridiculous beast mode. It’s lovely, but not the holy grail.
