WHEN I CONTACTED THIS WEBSITE, I THOUGHT I WAS LOOKING AT A LARGE BILL FOR THE FAULT ON OUR OLD RANGEMASTER RANGE. HOWEVER, ON DISCUSSING, WITH A VERY FRIENDLY GENTLEMAN, HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, WHICH WAS MUCH SMALLER THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED, AND HE SENT THE CORRECT PART, TO SIMPLY REPLACE MYSELF, ALL UNDER £30. COMPLETE SATISFACTION, NO-ONE TRYING TO HOODWINK ME, VERY FRIENDLY, WITH A VERY HAPPY CONCLUSION. I WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
