Staples came severely damaged and broke. Box was not taped or padded. Only outside box was taped. Staples broke up so much that I can barely use them. Would have sent them back if I hadn't needed them immediately. Had to wait a long time to get them to begin with..(Takes twice as long to load broken Staples.)

Every time I receive the box Staples, they're busted all to pieces. The boxes need to be taped up better before shipping! We use the staplers to repair pallets and the Staples are broken pieces, which make it very hard to use. We use one to two boxes every week which is 5 to 10,000 Staples, and it's very time consuming only being able to load at you at a time because the Staples rails being broken every time. Please tape the boxes up better for shipping...

Box is busted up in delivery box, however, great service and great price! I think the postal service needs to take it a little easier on our packages! Or there needs to be fragile or something put on the box. Every box lately has been busted open. But I order every week from you guys practically!
