Good enough.

I assume it does the job of hydration but there's almost no flavor. I can live with that. Just wasn't expecting it.

Good in slushy form

Lemon is my favorite but this one is good if you blend it with ice. Love how clean the ingredients are.

I have ordered all the flavors of hydration and they are all great. . . Of course, the hydration part is the added benefit!
