Good layer, a bit tight

Good insulating layer. It’s somewhat “fitted” so easy to wear under a shell. Collar is tall compared to similar mid layers, which is nice. I think the armpit holes are a bit small, so it fits kinda tight in that area, and prevents the jacket from being useful as an “around town” piece. For reference, 6’2”, 190, in an XL.

Multifunctional Jacket!!!

The Stretch Insulator is a well thought out jacket that should be in everyone’s kit. The fit is perfect, especially the slightly tapered arms. It fits perfectly under the Stretch Puffy or Headwall jackets. It’s my go to jacket for not only skiing but everyday. At 5’7” and 135lbs the men’s small fit is spot on. Sync’s men’s and women’s sizing is much more performance oriented than unisex sizing. The customer service is excellent. Well done Team Sync.

Need to communicate better

I ordered this jacket in stellar blue, than received an email that the last stellar blue jacket was sold, and they apologized, they sent me Navy at my request. I decided to return and wait for when they got stellar blue back in stock. Yesterday I received an email from Sync telling me that stellar blue is back in stock in medium, so I ordered it, only to be told this morning by customer service that the jacket is not in stock, and would I like a large instead? medium fits great, and I was gonna wear it under my shells for skiing, but I give up!!
