Really enjoyed this Kung Pao Chicken dish on the first "go around". This dishes preparation first time around excelled and was greater than the finest Chinese Restaurant. Ordering same named dishes other times had excessive amounts of green "hot peppers" for my taste buds and diluted my original rating..
