Wonderful customer service. Product is made really well, stays cold, and is dimensionally exactly the right size. Got the firm version and is a little too firm for my preference but customer service quickly sent shipping label to return and refund for 90 days. Only issue was due to Covid that I couldn't just simply trade for softer version but would have to go through trouble of shipping it to salvation army, getting refund, then repurchasing softer version and I haven't wanted to go through all the trouble as the pillow is still pretty darn good.
