Smoking Duo Kit

Missing pieces

Hello, I ordered the Duo kit and it arrived missing the smoking saucer and wee grills. Which we discovered Christmas day. Everything else looks ok I've but we haven't been able to use it, as we don't know if we have to send it back or wait for a piece. We noticed the box says Old fashioned kit on it but it looks like the contents are the Duo kit. I assume it's just the box they use but in light of the missing piece and different name on the box we are just holding off using anything yet. Which is too bad because we planned to use it for New Years. I sent a message via the online contact page on the evening of the 26th. It's the holidays so I assume everyone is off for the week since I haven't heard back. Then I got this review request. So hopefully we hear from someone soon. It's the holidays and a small business so I don't expect much til January. The kit contents looks lovely and appears well made. It's very nicely put together and the recipes look delicious.
