I use these to catch smallmouth bass in steams, they have good action and are a little tougher than some of the craw baits I’ve used. Two thumbs up!

Great bait all around. Soft yet durable for multiple fish, great as trailer for finesse jigs, ned rig, or TX rig. Free rig is best with the larger size

A no-compromises craw...
This is a great small craw trailer, and not just because of the price. The colors are really good: the laminated patterns are even and smooth, and the glitter is smaller and evenly distributed, not lumpy and chunky like some others. The 2.8" size is perfect for finesse jigs and Ned rigs. And as the water on my local smallmouth lake cools, I've been using the Beastie Bug Jr on a brass & glass rig, shaking it near laydowns and isolated wood. It doesn't hurt that the Beastie Bug Jr.'s claws float up above the rest of the bait. Sometimes "value" plastics make you compromise in some way, but these things really are perfect. The big packs and value pricing are just a bonus.
