Good, but not as good as my pudding!
First, butterscotch means "scorched" or "scotched" butter. This means the butter and brown sugar are melted together and heated just to the smoking point, the first wisps of smoke, then it's mixed with the cream. I make my own pudding from scratch, and it's fabulous. But your's is pretty good, too.
