Great product; customer service could use work

My partner and I recently purchased two full engagement sets. We LOVE the product, and chose to continue with the company despite some customer service issues because of the uniqueness and quality that we couldn’t find elsewhere. This was true down to the signature of the person who made the rings as part of the final mailed package. The rings are just as shown online, and we were able to get our unique styles in a way that still complemented each other as a matching set. At one point we almost looked elsewhere due to the challenges with communication at the beginning of the process. We began the process Jan 1, 2023, and did not get our basic questions answered to be able to place our order until Feb 13th. It would at times take a week to get a response, and there was no option for a phone or video consult to ask questions in real time. Once we spent $5k, we got faster responses. But it felt bad to have to drop the money to get good customer support. When I named the communication challenges, the staff was not open to offering additional support. Overall - great product, but need additional staff to support customers. I recommend them if you are in no rush to obtain your order.
