the item arrived damaged I contacted via email the same day I received it.I had just received and opened no response. They no returned policy but did not provide adequate shipping. no box no bubble wrap shipped like the helmet showing covered. anyone could see it a helmet. they have not honored their own policy. I had to order a different helmet from another vendor. which came in a box securely wrapped
