They sent me the wrong size, these are too big for me, there is no customer service. I can't return or exchange.

I now see why theres so much hype with this brand! The shoes are really beautiful, well-made and comfortable so far. I believe I read JW Pei is considered a vegan luxury brand and I all the way agree! Next up: one of their ultra stylish handbags
