Radflo Front Coilovers | 17-22 Colorado ZR2

Not Impressed, Many Issues

I would like to start off by saying that Colorado Canyon Enthusiasts was great to deal with, this review should not have an impact on CCE specifically. I highly recommend using them for any Colorado needs. I have a 2021 Colorado ZR2 Duramax with a steel half front bumper and winch. I ordered my coilovers with adjusters, overland valving, and 650 lb springs for anyone curious. My experience with Radflo was pretty poor. I had many issues that CCE is doing their best to help me sort out. I received my front coilovers with a cross threaded bolt in the lower mount from Radflo. After installing and test driving, I noticed that my sway bar makes contact with the spring which had already rubbed through the powder coat. So my sway bar was next to be removed. The hydraulic line to the reservoir rubs my upper control arm. Radflo attributed this to the fact that I have stock UCAs. Apparently they recommend aftermarket which I could find no mention of on their website. Probably my biggest issue with this product is that Radflo does not supply a spanner wrench to adjust the height of these coilovers. When I contacted Radflo about this they told me "you get what you pay for". In my opinion, spending $2000 on coilovers warrants a $22 spanner wrench. Every other coilover set that I have bought and installed came with this wrench including the Peak Suspension coilover kit (which came with 2 spanner wrenches) that was priced at $600. In my opinion, the Peak Coilover Conversion Kit was a much better product and I am contemplating removing my Radflos and reinstalling my stock suspension. Overall, CCE was very easy to deal with and very helpful all through my ordering process. Radflo, although they did answer all my questions, they did nothing to solve any of my issues.

Quality Upgrade

Done a full swap from the stock DSSV's and they definitely helped with stabilizing everything. Absolutely love them. The ability to dial the compression to exactly what you want is very helpful.
