Large Kitty Soap - 23 oz

I ordered this kitty online as a Christmas gift for my daughter in law. Upon opening the package I see the kitty has a black mark on the front. I immediately took a picture and emailed customer service. I have not received any response and its been days. I'm extremely disappointed for the cost that there is a blemish on the front of the kitty. I know my daughter in law plans to put the kitty on her desk because she was debating on getting it while in Vegas. I feel with the black blemish she will not want to do that. Very expensive product and this should be addressed.
