Quality meat. Wrapped in dry ice which allowedvthe meat to still be rock hard frozen even after the box sat outside in the rain at 74° F for 5 hours.

Delicious!!

The non-aged bison ribeye steak is delicious. It does not taste gamey. The texture is very tender. It is a great addition to my diet. The quality cannot be beat. I highly recommend it!
