Myo-Inositol Plus

Loved packaging! Capsules have a decently strong smell, but taste fine.

Makes my periods slightly less miserable

It curbs my sugar cravings, makes me much less bloated during my period, and made my bleeding and cramps gradually less severe over time. I used to be in a lot of pain and my bleeding was in huge clumps on my heavy days. Now I can actually move around (with the help of some stick on heat packs and the occasional ibuprofen) and do what life requires of me even on my heavy days. I take birth control alongside these pills to manage my pcos. It helps keep my cholesterol levels in the normal range as well (*shakes my fist at pcos*). The only downside is how expensive each bottle is. But considering how all the other myo-inositol supplements i've seen are all in powder form (to be dissolved in a drink), i'd much prefer these pills. No matter how much those powders advertise that it's "tasteless", i can still taste it and i hate that. this pill doesn't do much for helping with hair loss or preventing abnormal hair growth, as far as i can see for my own body. but the other benefits make it worth it for me.

First Period in 9 Months!

After taking this supplement daily for only a month and a half, I got my period! So eager to see what my cycles look like going forward :)
