I received a $500.00 store credit due to a recall of one of my edelkrone devices. The company reached-out to me and informed me of the recall which required me to stop using my device due to a safety hazard. The company shipped me a replacement and provided a store credit for my inconvenience..... what a great company! I have lots of edelkrone product and will continue to purchase their equipment! They make cool stuff!
