I love these dishes!! One came with a chip and it was immediately replaced!! I will always deal with this company. Beautiful pieces and they stand behind their product!! So happy I selected Vancasso!!! Thank you!!

None of these have chipped, like others in the same line, so no complaints.

After waiting for a back order, the 6 pasta bowls arrived and half of them were broken. It was very disappointing. I have an email sent to the company with photographs of the damage; awaiting a response. The company offered to reorder the set, but could not promise there wouldn’t be similar breakage. After considering the possibilities, we asked for a 50% refund, to which the company agreed. The refund took a few business days, but was received. While the outcome was fair, we are still missing yellow, green & purple bowls, which was not the outcome we expected.
