A Spectacular Mandolin

This is a spectacular octave mandolin. It has a beautiful warm tone, and a wonderfully full sound, especially when playing chords. The pre-installed pick-up is great and it was ready for performance when it arrived. It's also a beautiful instrument, and looks great. I had really great customer service, and received emails about every stage of the journey, from purchase to delivery. The team at Richards also installed a strap button for me before shipping, which is great, because I can now stand and sing with my beautiful new instrument. I'll be enjoying it for years, and shopping at Richards again.

The eastman octave mandolin is fantastic.A real punchy,mid- range attack Great for poking through any mix.The faultless attention to detail and the beautiful sweep of the carved top and back would cost 4× in an American octave mandolin. And the case- wow !
