Omega-3 Black - can't get tablets out

I did receive the Omega 3 Black. However, when I opened it the capsules were all stuck together. The cap was on right and the bottle was not broken. My problem is I cannot get them out. I did get a few out when I tried using a kitchen knife (not sharp), but only a few have fallen out - and a few did break (juicy). My question is "HOW do I get them out?" I stopped trying - and am waiting until I hear from you. (I did send a response to customer service, but have not gotten a response from them.) Please give me some advice on what to do. Thank you.
