Hi, I just wanted to confirm that I received my order. I picked up the box about 10 minutes after it was delivered, but I’m a little concerned about the condition it arrived in. The juices were not frozen, which I expected them to be. The box also seemed to be melting, and I noticed there was a hole in it as well. I’m a bit concerned about the quality and safety of the juices since they weren’t frozen upon arrival. Is this the normal way your orders are delivered? I would appreciate it if you could let me know whether this is expected or if there may have been an issue with my delivery. Thank you.

Finally I found a perfect green juice. They showed up not frozen. They should be very cool.
