The cards they send me was so cheap

Not what I expected at all. It comes in a brown envelope for the mystery signed cards, the cards are taped to a cardboard and you are given certificates if you pay extra. When researching these cards they cost about £5 each. Not worth what they charge and the packaging is a big let down as can't give it as a present as it is!
