Agave Knit Raffia Midi Skirt

18 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY ORDER

I placed my order for this skirt on 5/21/26 and did not receive it until 6/8/26—18 days later. I originally purchased it to wear to my birthday party, relying on the stated 3–5 business day delivery timeframe, and unfortunately did not have a backup option. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication throughout the delay. When I contacted customer service for an update, I was told that they were experiencing a high volume of inquiries and would respond within 48 hours. However, I never received a follow-up and ultimately had to work directly with FedEx to track down my shipment. While I understand that delays can happen, I expected better communication and customer support. The skirt itself may be lovely, but the overall shopping experience was frustrating and fell well short of expectations. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to order from Aje again.
