Biothane Long Line with Detachable Handle

TLDR: Beautifully crafted, high quality materials, very easy to use clasp, excellent customer service. And obviously the moon charm is adorable. Fully behind this company :) Details: For anyone obsessing about which length or colour to pick, here are a few things I've noticed: We currently mainly use our long line on a winding, narrow forest trail. 20 ft is a bit awkward to handle, so if your walks are similar, I'd suggest one of the shorter lengths. 20 feet might be great for big open fields and long straight trails. The sage colour shows dirt quickly. Not a big deal - it still looks great. But if you care abut this, the darker parts of our leashes (terracotta, cedar) definitely hide more dirt. My boyfriend thinks it's too heavy and too much leash for our dog (pembroke welsh corgi). I think he's being dramatic. Our dog is totally fine. But the weight of the biothane is definitely more than our flat woven leashes, so it's another reason you might want a shorter line, esp for a smaller dog. To me, the biggest selling feature of this leash is the easy clip-on/off of the regular clasp. If you need to go on and off leash a lot, you will really appreciate how easy and smooth it is to use . It's better than any other leash we've had. We've never had a problem with our dog unclipping or pulling out of it, so if it were me, I would always pick this over the carabiner. Our dog is not large, or a puller, so maybe we're not the target audience for that. Overall, very happy with everything we've ordered from Strange Tail, and I'm so glad to be buying from a small, local company.

I love long line. I use this in park to practice come, stop, through etc with my 8months old. Not as heavy as i imagined which is a plus. I added carabinar for safety.
