Outstanding customer service!I received this from the seller, but it came COD, with an amount due of over $200. I had received other shipments from them, but never had a charge like this before. I did pay the charge and contacted the seller. They were on top of it very quickly and responded there was a customs snafu and promptly refunded the charge. I will be a long term customer because of their wonderful customer service. BTW, this kit is adorable. Just icing on the cake. Thank you so much.

Enjoying doing this one even though it's taking a while, I live in the UK, this came from the US, sent promptly and I was kept notified of it's progress, even when they tried to deliver and I wasn't in. Overall very happy and would recommend to anyone.
