Great boot so far

Had a chance to put some miles in this boot over the past couple weekends. Light hiking, so haven’t been on a hunt with this yet. Initial impressions is the boot fits well for my feet. Just enough room to wiggle my toes with the caveat of using lightweight socks (Darn Tough 2100). No heal slip, feet feel locked in. I felt a pressure point on my shin with the tongue but I had the top laces cranked down. After I loosened up a little it was perfect. Really pleased with these so far. I generally prefer a boot/shoe that supports a wide toe box but I sized up on these and haven’t felt any discomfort in toes. Followed the sizing rec and they were pretty spot on. Go Hunt has the best selection of boots and the ability to try so many different brands to find the right boot is a really convenience and game changer.

Comfortable fit

Amazing how comfortable a pair of mountaineering boots can be. I bought these seeing my friend use them on Mt Adams while I was in my dated Scarpa Charmozes. Have worn around the house without discomfort but looking forward to taking them mountaineering this next season.
