Issue with color

I emailed you a couple of days ago about my strawberry milk color being very off from the picture being advertised. I understand lighting may have to do with it but i was under the impression the color was a soft pink not a soft white. If you can please reach back please, thank you!

Absolutely love it as a beginer I could say it make doing nails so much faster
