I usually wear a 6M. The 6M was too tight in the toe area so I ordered a 6.5M which was slightly too big - my foot came out as I walked. I used a toe pad insert and it fits perfect. The color online looks white to me not ivory. The color is a slight off white - not a creamy color and no yellow undertone.
