Quality has plummeted

I have purchased this product from Ola before and it was of superior quality. It lasted a few years and was well constructed for what it is. This new one that was to replace the old one is of much lower quality: - the wood finish is failing after 2 days - the bristles are softer and folding over already, failing - the metal attachments for the head are pulling out and very loose. I ordered two brushes and both of them are like this. In fact one came with pre-bent bristles. Disappointing
