Products are Good, Service is Bad

The sweater itself is amazing and what I would expect for the price. However it took one month for me to receive the product with only sporadic information from the company. Very disappointing customer experience.

Luxuriously Soft

Wonderfully soft with classic cables. Definitely feels luxurious.

Great by EXTREMELY long.

A very thick, heavy and warm sweater. Luxurious. My only issue is that I waited too lomg to open it for the return policy, and it is WAYYYY too long for me. Mediums generally fit me perfectly, so this was a surprise. I will keep it until I see my son-in-law next - he is 6’2” so it might fit him well.
