I texted you after I received my order saying that I was not happy about the candle. The cut outs were crooked & there was a piece of the candle above one eye that was bare. I have the larger candle from you & that one looks so much better than the one I received. I didn’t know how to explain the imperfections to your text that you sent me. I’ve ordered several things from you with no problems so I just didn’t know what to do. I only wanted to exchange the candle if possible but I didn’t think paying the extra postage was really worth it if I returned it. Thank you for your time. Dorothy

Love the candle, just disappointed that the battery needs to be replaced every 3-4 days
