Salt and Pepper Genuine Cowhide Boots

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these boots. Both boots have noticeable defects where the stitching meets the rubber part above the sole, and the stitching is visibly damaged. Additionally, one of the brown rubber sole toppers is cracked. The “stretchy” part of the shaft is coming undone on both boots as well. To make matters worse, the boots did not even arrive in their original packaging; instead, they appeared to have been thrown into a random box with a bit of tissue paper for protection. This level of quality control and presentation is simply unacceptable.
