While this is a spot cream, I use it all over my face (a little goes a long way) with other AC collection products. I hardly break out anymore, but I have blemishes from past acne. This cream makes me wake up with clearer skin and less redness, and when used under makeup with other AC Collection products, my skin is not oily during the day.
