Some better than others

Oats - I recommend the berry and chocolate flavours. Vanilla and apple ones tasted bland. Will definitely buy the berry one going forward. Soup - I recommend the chicken noodle one the most out of the 4 flavours. To be honest, I probably wouldn’t buy the soups again. Shakes - love the chocolate, strawberry, banana bread flavours and will buy them in future. The others are ok. Just wish the cinnamon donuts flavour shake came in the trial pack. Not willing to buy a big bag in case I don’t like it. Overall, I’m happy that the Dukes replacement meals are assisting me to improve my protein intake and helping to lose weight.

Awful product gritty even when used in a blender very disappointing absolutely no flavour either
