Nice Tile and Buying Experience, Poor Tracking of Shipment

We love the tile, and liked the webpage shopping experience. Post purchase, all the tracking detail was through the Shop app. It never showed any tracking information at all. We did not know when the tile would arrive until the shipping company called the day before. Even after delivery there was never any detail on the Shop app. It just indicated it was waiting for details from Tile mart.

What a great look! I have been so excited for this bathroom to be completed so I could leave the review. Absolutely love this. Used it in a bathroom design for boys, paired with some sage green tones and natural wood. Really love it!
