Fit inconsistency

I’ve previously purchased multiple pairs of the Jax Jeans in the same size and absolutely loved them, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I purchased my regular size and the fit was completely different — significantly tighter and uncomfortable. I thought that maybe this might change after a couple of wears, but unfortunately it didn’t. I raised this with customer service not to seek compensation, but simply to understand how the same item in the same size could fit so differently. The response I received repeatedly dismissed my concerns, attributing the issue to “structured denim” and wear over time, despite the fact that my other pairs in the same style have never been uncomfortable, even when new. What was most disappointing was that my enquiry was ultimately closed without any real investigation or resolution, leaving me feeling unheard as a loyal customer. I understand return windows, but I was seeking a fair explanation or acknowledgment of a potential inconsistency, not a refund. I’ve always enjoyed shopping with Fayt, but this experience — both with the product consistency and customer service — has made me reconsider purchasing again. I hope that you don’t have the same issue.
