Faux Seeded Eucalyptus Stem

My whole order was sent in terrible condition. I tried to contact the shop owner through email and phone number and received no response back. I wanted to return these items. With no contact and no way to get a return label I submitted a refund through my card. I waited for 3 months (contest period) for the card company to retract the payment and at the last minute the shop owner reached out to my card company and lied. The shop owner said that I never tried to reach out which is a lie, I did reach out, multiple times. Because of their lies my card company dropped the refund. DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Unethical to not respond to order complaints to make a return and then lying once a dispute was placed for a refund. Horrible small business practice.
