Excellent tool

It took a little time to get used to using this tool and had to be careful of the sharper ridges on one side when holding it to use the other side to make lines on a cake but overall gave a good finish to the cake.

Great scraper, holding is slightly awkward

Perfect for tall cakes, scallop size is perfect and more than tall enough now most standard scrapers just don’t cut it. Quality is good and doesn’t bend etc. Only issue is that it’s not available as an XL with just one pattern as the bubble side has very sharp points that dig into your hand making it quite uncomfortable and a little painful to hold especially when using it with ganache which I press quite firm to scrape. Would be good if it came with some sort of cheap plastic cover that can Slide Over the sharp end so it’s not so uncomfortable especially considering the higher price compared to competitors.
