Oak Street x ButterScotch - LoFi Trench Oxford

The shoes never showed up. To be honest, I would have given this 1 star if not for my credit card reimbursing my account. The shoes were supposedly shipped but without the signature requirement that the owner claimed all his high priced items are supposed to have. The USPS then lost it in the mail. And the owner refused to follow proper instructions per his shipping partners website to receive reimbursement bc he claimed that that’s not how his own company operates and doesn’t want to take any responsibility. Although USPS clearly states, only the sender can request reimbursement if shipment is lost. Overall, I love working with and giving my business to small businesses however, it’s unfortunate that this company doesn’t properly follow the correct guidelines nor would take any responsibility for the lack of signature requirement on their end which could have insured the expensive purchase from likely being misdelivered.
