Level Up: Adventurer's Guide (A5E)

Physical book

I'm only speaking for myself here, but there's nothing that beats the practical functionality of a physical book. Especially when completing a complex, upper level character, being able to manually flip to the different sections is key. This book is of good quality, with high resolution pictures on glossy pages. It also comes with two built-in bookmark ribbons so that I can flip back and forth from classes to spells as I'm building my warlock. I know all of that is technically possible with a PDF, but.....I mean, that's fine as a backup or a supplement, but having the physical book unlocked the game for me. I highly recommend buying the book if you can fit it in your life. At over 600 pages it is substantial, but well worth the bulk from my perspective.

50 years experience

Great to get more depth, more content, more color and options.

Like what they've done, but...

Ordered on the understanding that most of the eratta was incorporated into printings that where at the warehouse. This was not true, still getting forst printings in the US. Everything else is great and what I want out of my adventure games!
